EAT ME RESTAURANT – THAILAND
Aged 14, his first job was dishwasher in a little Italian restaurant in Portland, his home town. At 21 he was already an executive pastry chef in New York City. In 2007, he was given the accolade of New York Rising Star Chef. In 2009 he landed in Bangkok and in 2010 became executive chef of Eat Me. For six consecutive years his restaurant has been among the 50 best Asian restaurants in the world.
During his career he has worked alongside the likes of Marcus Sammuelson, Michael Cimarusti, Daniel Bouloud. He has been a chocolatier, written recipe books and set up and managed his own catering business, but he has always been at his happiest in the kitchen.
On 27th October our brigade will be ready to be transported by the energy of Tim Butler. And we already know that it will be INCREDIBLE VIVA!
