SUNDAY 24th NOV 19, 8.00PM

In the year 2000, after graduating in languages, Adeline’s passion for food took over and lead her to enrol in the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi. Along the way she bumped into names that made history, such as Yannick Alléno and Pascal Barbot. In 2006 she was to be found in Hong Kong, where she was exploring a new gastronomic culture and developing a new way of approaching the art of cooking. In 2009, she was back in Paris to open Yam’Tcha.

A Michelin star arrived a year later, in 2010. Her original cuisine, steeped in the flavours of Asia, was a roaring success, also due to the combinations of food and tea studied by her husband, the tea sommelier Chi Wah Chan. In 2015 Yam’Tcha moved to Rue Saint Honoré, In 2016 Adeline featured on the Netflix series Chef’s Table.

Our brigade will be ready on 24th November to be inspired by the creativity and enthusiasm of Adeline Grattard. An incredible chef for an evening of INCREDIBLE VIVA!
