VIVA organises events both inside the restaurant (up to 88 seats or 150 for a buffet) and in external locations for up to 1,000 guests. The quality and creativity of the dishes, the professional attention paid to service both at tables or buffets are our trademark, be they intimate dinners or large events.

Our events offer includes an ad hoc menu created by Viviana Varese, logistics handled by specialised partners, VIVA staff, organizational supervision, buffet, aperitifs, inaugurations, lunches and dinners with varying menus to suit the client’s budget and needs.


VIVA and its staff are available for cooking and team building courses both in the Eataly Smeraldo didactic spaces and elsewhere. See the list of past courses and those planned for the future.


Chef Viviana Varese can put on themed showcooking performances demonstrating recipes, tricks and curiosities linked to the world of food from land and sea, and the accompanying wines. Showcooking events can take place on VIVA premises, in the Eataly Smeraldo didactic spaces, or in external locations requested by the client.
